Green building technique application to a commercial complex

Studies the object building which was awarded China’s two-star green building design certification. The complex involves some green building techniques such as performance simulation verification, roof greening, water permeable pavement, extract air heat recovery, natural ventilation, daylighting, CO₂ gas concentration monitoring, etc. According to the characteristics of commercial complex such as large volume, multi-function and high energy consumption, proposes adopting passive energy-saving measures, designing stereoscopic landscape, optimizing HVAC system design, energy consumption monitoring.
